You can book a class or a one-to-one PT session online. It’s quick and easy. There’s no pressure to perform, and no experience is needed. Just wear comfortable gym gear, bring water, and be ready to give it a go.
We recommend our Learn 2 Box class for those who want to learn the basics. But you can also jump into a HIIT session or a fitness class if you want to work up a sweat.
