The best boxing gym I have been to! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and inclusive and the trainers are exceptional. They are professional, knowledgable and take each individual's training seriously. The classes are a great workout and they can be as challenging as you make them -- my strength and fitness has improved in a short period of time as a result. It's a lovely community and I'm so happy to have found this gym. I could not recommend it enough and am always looking forward to the next training session and class.

Amazing boxing gym and so welcoming! Ladies boxing and ladies defense classes are the best. Coach Sam has incredible energy and always makes sure everyone is included across all levels of boxing. Great way to stay fit and leave with a smile on your face!

Fantastic boxing gym. So grateful to have it on my doorstep. Everyone is professional, welcoming and knowledgable. The women’s only classes on Wednesday evenings are next level!!! After one taster class I was hooked and never looked back. Our coach Sam does the utmost to make sure classes are fun, varied and dynamic. Sam is so passionate and clearly loves her job, it really shows in all her classes. Everyone is kept motivated and working hard. The atmosphere is amazing. Women’s boxing classes with Sam are a space where women support one another, empower each other to develop and celebrate our strength! It’s my favourite time of the week.
