I've been boxing here consistently for almost a year, and my love for this place has only grown!! The trainers are extremely passionate and talented, each providing a unique perspective on how to progress. But what makes this place truly special is the community that has formed here which can be rare to find in this sport. Every single person is eager to help and support one another. So no matter your experience, fitness level or gender this is the place to be!
I started my Muay Thai journey here with Sam & I’ve learnt so much each week whilst gaining so much confidence. Sam’s energy is amazing each session (both group & 1-2-1’s) and I would definitely recommend her coaching to anyone! She keeps you so motivated and doesn’t let you have lazy technique, even in the busy group classes. As a woman stepping in a boxing/Muay Thai gym, I’ve never felt so safe & welcomed.
All team members are amazing with the kids and always make it fun, while teaching all of the fundamentals. I’d recommend BSBC to anybody with children that lack confidence and self belief. It’s also a great place for kids to learn soici skills and humility

Choosing Bil Sha to start my boxing journey is probably one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made out of whim, ever. Everyone from the founder himself, to Saadia at the reception, to every single coach here is super down to earth and welcoming. I’m only one month in and still as excited as the first day I got here. Overall, very very highly recommended!
The Bil Sha Boxing Club is so amazing. There is boxing equipment as well as training equipment and shower facility. You can take a lesson and train by yourself. The price is cheaper than other gyms. They are always welcoming, kind and supportive so I feel comfortable.
Being a lifelong wrestler, boxing was a very new skill for me. BillShaBoxing guided me personally to learn this new skill. Plus working in the hospital, makes my timings very unpredictable but luckily for me I got the ultimate package of classes and gym membership. The whole staff of coaches are exceptional at what they do and motivate you at every step and extremely patient. Even the receptionist comes up to you and motivates you to keep pushing your limit and get better. 10/10 will recommend their ultimate package.
