Bil Sha established the Bil Sha Boxing Club to transform the public’s view of boxing and fitness while nurturing the next generation of boxers through the Bil Sha Academy.
A seasoned semi-professional boxer since 2007, Bil remains undefeated in his career and became London Featherweight Champion in 2019 before claiming the Kent Featherweight Title in 2022. His experience in the ring now informs his work developing young talent at the Academy, helping athletes refine their skills, technique, and discipline.
Bil is also a Grade C England Boxing Judge and a Qualified England Boxing Coach Level 2, regularly officiating at respected events and contributing to the sport.
He is also dedicated to developing young boxers through the Bil Sha Academy and creating pathways for the next generation of boxers. His focus is on fostering growth and opportunity for aspiring athletes across all levels.
