Our S + C class is designed to offer varying levels of difficulty to cater for all experience and fitness abilities, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Our coaches plan every session to focus our goals and prioritise the challenge-skill sweet spot. If you are looking to increase load to your gym goals and improve your fitness then this is the class for you!

Mon: 19:30 – 20:25

Tues:  08:00 – 08:45

Thurs:  08:00 – 08:45
