Power Box! A 45-Minute-high intensity session carefully designed to build power and explosiveness to your punches. Focusing on the technical elements of each different punch, you’ll be going through rigorous heavy rounds on the bags and pads with the Coach

Divided into 2 parts, Power Box! will build on your punch elements, but also on your ability to generate explosive force, with circuits that are designed to be used within professional fighters build up to their fights. Each station focuses on different elements that will develop your punch speed and power!

Building on your strength, speed, power and technical attributes, propels you toward becoming a more well-rounded and effective fighter!
