Ladies Only Self-Defence
Our Ladies Self Defence class is led by our experienced female instructor. A mixture of kick-boxing, Thai-boxing and English boxing techniques will keep you fit and safe.
A great way to build your confidence both inside and outside of the gym. All levels of experience are welcome, whether you want to improve your fitness or improve your boxing skills our coaches are there to help guide you in a friendly, comfortable environment.
