Ladies Only Class

Our ladies only class is led by our experienced female instructor and designed for you to keep fit and feel confident and strong in a Ladies only environment. Our team are welcoming to beginners and those that are experienced in boxing. Whether you want to improve your fitness or improve your boxing skills our coaches are there to help guide and tailor these classes to your individual goals, in a comfortable environment.
