Juniors (12-17)
Our junior classes are aimed at teaching your kids the art of boxing while improving their fitness at the same time. Boxing can teach many skills that can focus their mind and body in a positive way. Boxing is proven to improve young people’s mental and physical health; we are here to guide young people in their journey through sport of boxing.
