HiiT ‘N’ Move
Based on the principles of High Intensity Interval training.
This class aims to develop your boxing skill, fitness and strength! HiiT training while being time efficient, is also highly effective at decreasing fat and burning those calories! This session is incorporating a mixture of pad work, bag work and also bodyweight exercises to really burn those calories! From Beginners to Professionals everybody can benefit from an all-out boxing blast!
