A session targeted on the main principles of boxing!
Technique, Strength and Endurance, by incorporating all elements of boxing we can target a full body workout and really go the distance! By aiming for those championship rounds our coaches will take you through a journey during the class, be ready to punch, push, pull, run, jump you’ll be using your whole body to go the distance. Designed for beginners to advanced fitness levels, our coaches can adapt to your needs at all times!
