Experience the art of eight limbs under the watchful eye of our expert coaches. Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and practice your punches, kicks, knees and elbows on the Thai kick pads. Our coaches will teach you killer combos and defensive drills whilst providing you with a high-energy workout. This class is suitable for beginners who wish to build their confidence and for those more experienced who are looking to refine their techniques.
